This is veeerrryyy delicious! It’s charbroiled marinated beef, the korean dish perhaps most enjoyed by visitors to Korea apparently.
Boiled rice served with seasonsed vegetables and meat and mixed with red-pepper sauce, served in a piping HoT brown clay bowl, and the fun part is you get to stir it all together yourself. It usually comes with a raw egg on top of the other raw ingredients, but because the bowl is so hot, it all cooks itself as your stir it!

Why? Because they have a certain stylish sophistication to their fashion which is also sexy without going OTT. And the Korean/Japanesey things are just sooooooo CuTe! Bright and colourful and trendy, makes everyday things more fun! My love affair with these cultures probably started when I went to NYC. Before I didn’t even like sushi that much! But now it’s all I want to eat, and Korean glass noodles too. MmmMmmm…. yummy.
I like to watch Anime, American TV (because British TV is just so dull ) , film genres with some horror, thrillers, adventure, fantasy, the occasional rom-com and dry-sarcastic humour. HaTe stupid idiotic things like mr bean. I mean, what’s so funny/appealing about a dim-wit who dresses like his grandad and mumbles to his teddy bear at 40 years old?
And James Franco is so better than Jude Law. =P
